Terms of Conditions

TOS(adopts)

  • Payment for adopts MUST be completed before any use of them by the adopter.

  • Regardless of the TOS, clothing, and accessories may changed on the adopt after purchase.

  • Gender, age, sexuality, lore, etc. of the adopt are up to the discretion of the buyer after purchase.

  • The adopt's design MUST be credited to me even after purchasing. Art done of the adopt afterward does not require crediting to me.

  • Currency used in the purchasing/bidding of the adopt is done on a case-by-case basis. Common currencies include USD, DTA, OTA, ETC.

  • Adopt transfers will be mostly; if not exclusively done on Toyhou.se.

TOS(Comms)

  • Commissioner(s) must provide 1(or more) accurate references for the characters/scenes they want drawn.

  • The commissioner will be shown a lineart/sketch WIP of their commission for their approval. Once approved, the commissioner must pay for the commission.(To avoid scamming on either part.)

  • The commission may take anywhere from 1 week to 4 weeks to finish. The commissioner has the full right to ask for progress shots at any time during the drawing process.

  • I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason with little to no explanation.

  • You may negotiate pricing during the beginning of the commission; however, once I start, the price is final.

  • Do not remove the watermark placed on the art piece.

  • art quality (to a certain threshhold) and style may vary.
